This is our standard rate for regular bookings, such as portraits, lookbooks, content creation, or artistic shoots.
Ideal for photographers, videographers, or creatives looking to bring their vision to life in our space.
Session 1-4 hours: €350
Full day 4-8 hours: €450
Days: 24-48 hours: €600 – €1000
Full week – 7 days : €3500
Commercial Rate
For brands, large companies, and commercial campaigns.
This rate applies to commercial productions where the use of our space is part of a broader business or marketing strategy. Examples include campaigns, branded content, product launches, or recordings for TV and advertising formats. This rate includes considerations such as exclusivity, visibility, and any additional facilities.
